The fan coil cassette is a terminal to treat the air of an environment, either in the winter or in the summer. Especially designed with the standard measurements of installations in false ceilings.

CHASSIS
Manufactured with zinc-coated steel sheets of great thickness, is equipped with external abutments positioned on the 4 edges of the sides, to make the ceiling fixation easier. It has a thermo-acoustic coating: internal (polystyrene), external (closed-cell). It is predisposed to distribute the air in adjoining rooms through pre-sheared circular holes of 150 mm of diameter or rectangular of 350x100 mm (FWK21N to FWK24N and FWK41N to FKW44N) and rectangular of 120x80 mm (FWK31N to FWK34N and FWK51N to FKW54N), positioned on two sides of the machine. It is predisposed for the outside air intake through a pre-sheared circular hole of 65 mm of diameter (FWK21N to FWK24N and FWK41N to FKW44N), or rectangular of 120x80 mm (FWK31N to FWK34N and FWK51N a FKW54N) positioned on one of the two sides of the machine.

HEAT EXCHANGER COIL
Coils are made of copper pipe expanded into hydrophile aluminium fins in continuous block. Collectors are provided with female gas fittings and easily accessible air vents/drainage positioned on the rounded side of the device.

AIR FILTER
It is composed of a plastic material casing where the filter element is located. Fixed on the internal part of the front panel, it is easily removed; it regenerates through suction and later washed with water.

ELECTROFAN GROUP
It is composed by a centrifugal fan of individual suction, with plastic rotor statically and dynamically balanced. The electrical motor, protected against overloads, has 3 speeds. Manufactured according to the international regulations, it has the run capacitor always connected. It is directly coupled to the fan and damper with elastic supports; it is efficient and silent.

PROTECTION PANEL
With an innovative design, it has been studied to be installed in domestic and commercial buildings as well. It is white coloured (RAL 9003) and it has been manufactured with plastic material to combine resistance and lightness. The attachment to the chassis is simple and quick. It consists of four steerable deflectors to achieve an optimal distribution of the air in the room. It is possible to remove such grid to access to the internal parts of the machine without disassembling the ceiling's panel.

CONDENSATION ELIMINATION
The condense gathering system is composed of:
- Internal tray manufactured with plastic material for the condensation water gathering of the heat exchanger.
- Auxiliary external tray manufactured with plastic material for the condensation water gathering of the valves and the connection pipes.
- Electric pump, which is an integrating part of the unit, connected to the external connection.

WALL CONTROLLER (OPTIONAL)
Remote wall controller to control a water cassette unit with 10 m cable.
