Molecor, company specialized in the canalization and use of the entire water cycle that offers high quality systems for the evacuation of buildings, drinking water supply, distribution of reclaimed water, urban drainage, sewage networks and irrigation pipes. Presenting the most complete range of plastic solutions at the service of water, whose pipes and fittings are distributed in more than 30 countries around the world.

Founded in 2006 by qualified specialists with proven experience in this field, it has grown exponentially and provided efficient, innovative solutions to develop technology in molecularly oriented PVC pipe and fitting manufacturing, becoming the sector’s world leader. Its staff members are extremely well-qualified and are the company’s biggest asset, as well as the foundations for its continuous innovation.

In August 2020, the Spanish fund MCH Private Equity acquired a majority stake to grant Molecor more strength to grow and develop its full potential, given that in addition to the monetary contribution, MCH also offers its industrial and financial experience in the project’s organic and inorganic growth.

On 30 September 2021, Molecor Tecnología completed the process of acquiring the production unit Adequa (previously Uralita Sistemas de Tuberías). In doing so, the Molecor Group became a larger, more diverse company with more bases for growth thanks to a broader product portfolio that now includes building, sewage and drainage products.

The largest PVC-O pipes and fittings production center in Spain is located in Loeches, Madrid. It has eight TOM® pipes manufacturing lines and one ecoFITTOM® fittings manufacturing line. The facilities produce pipes of all available diameters, from DN90 to DN1200 mm at pressures from 12.5 to 25 bar and fittings from DN110 to DN400 mm at pressures of 16 bar. These products are manufactured with technology developed exclusively by the company and are exported to five continents. Thousands of kilometers of TOM® PVC-O pipes are already installed all over the world in supply, irrigation, reuse, fire-fighting networks, etc.

Molecor’s R+D+I facilities are located in Getafe, Madrid, where innovative and increasingly efficient systems are being developed for the manufacture of PVC-O products applied to pressurized water transport. The development of technology for the manufacture of CPVC-O pipes is one of the latest projects the company is working on.

In the rest of productive centers in Spain are manufactured solutions for construction, sanitation, drainage, supply and distribution: SANECOR ®, AR ®, EVAC+ ®, ... There are also production sites outside Spain. In Richards Bay (South Africa) a joint venture (JV) has been established in operation since 2016 with Sizabantu Piping System, partner of Molecor and leading distributor in the South African market, the plant in Kuantan (Malaysia), started its activity in 2014, and finally, the Latin American factory based in Asunción (Paraguay), which began production in 2017. In turn Molecor has three marketers, Molecor Maroc, Molecor Peru and Molecor France. To date, Molecor has eight production centers and four commercial offices around the world. It has five plants in Spain, two of them in Madrid, in Getafe and Loeches, and another three in Guadalajara, Ciudad Real and Málaga (Alovera, Alcázar de San Juan and Antequera, respectively).

    Molecor products offer multiple solutions:

    • Building solutions (EVAC+, AR®, floor drainage, gutter systems, siphons).
    • Sewage and drainage solutions (SANECOR® corrugated PVC sanitation, SANECOR® manholes, COMPACT SN4 smooth system, PVC drainage system).
    • Supply and distribution solutions (TOM®, ecoFITTOM®, smooth PVC pressure, PE smooth pipe fittings) Becoming one of the leading companies in Spain for plastic pipes and fittings, Molecor offers innovative products with differentiating features that bring added value to water supply networks in quality, efficiency and sustainability.
